Shipping Policy:

We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. Please allow up to 2-3 business days after you receive order confirmation to have your products shipped. This period is not including transit and is just for processing. Items are usually shipped the next business day after your order is processed.

Return & Refund Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund within 30 days of purchase if applicable*. All returns must be shipped back at the clients cost. Please email us for return instructions before shipping to obtain a return authorization.

Joy Organics: If you are dissatisfied with your order you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return. All orders requested for return after 30 days from your purchase date are non-refundable.

Items returned to Keep The Doc Away are not accepted or delivered for the following reasons will be charged a 25% restocking fee: Wrong address given, buyer refusing package or not accepting package.
